Terms & Conditions

Effective date: August 9, 2026. These terms apply to online-store product purchases. Cabinet installation, renovation, measurement, design and custom work may require a separate written proposal or agreement, which controls if it conflicts with these store terms.

Product information

Review the product title, dimensions, finish, package quantity and compatibility before ordering. Colors and finishes can vary slightly by screen, production batch and lighting. Installation requirements and compatibility remain the purchaser’s responsibility unless Lite Restoration provides a written specification for the project.

Prices, taxes and payment

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes and delivery charges are shown before payment. Payment must be authorized before an order is accepted. We may correct an obvious pricing or product-data error before fulfillment and will provide the option to approve the corrected order or receive a refund.

Order acceptance

An automated confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not guarantee acceptance or availability. Lite Restoration may cancel and refund an order affected by unavailable inventory, duplicate transactions, suspected fraud, shipping restrictions, data errors or circumstances that make fulfillment impractical.

Shipping, cancellation and returns

Our Shipping & Delivery Policy and Return & Refund Policy form part of these terms. Delivery dates are estimates unless a separate signed agreement expressly guarantees a date.

Installation and safety

Products must be installed and used according to applicable instructions, building codes and safety requirements. Electrical items should be installed by a qualified person when required. Lite Restoration is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect measurement, incompatible selection, misuse, unauthorized modification or improper installation not performed under our written installation agreement.

Warranty claims

Any applicable written manufacturer or Lite Restoration product warranty will control the warranty claim. Proof of purchase, photos and return or inspection of the item may be required. Normal wear, cosmetic variation, misuse and improper installation are not manufacturing defects.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Lite Restoration’s responsibility for an online-store product claim will not exceed the amount paid for the affected product. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.

Governing law

These store terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply to a customer.
